His career in the restaurant industry is paralleled by his profound dedication to martial arts, where he has achieved an 8th-degree black belt and Shidoshi Ho teacher status in Bujinkan Budo Ninpo Taijutsu.
Bill’s leadership extends beyond the kitchen. Previously, he would guide 20 to 30 students in martial arts, focusing on personal and professional development. His accomplishments include passing his 5th-degree black belt test in Japan and receiving his teaching status, milestones highlighting his commitment to excellence and discipline. Bill is also an artist specializing in pet portraits, a talent honed during the pandemic.
