Goodly Foods Certified as a Living Wage Employer!
We are thrilled to announce that we have been certified as a Living Wage Employer in BC along with 17 other organizations.
“It is very simple,” says Goodly CEO, Aart Schuurman Hess. “A Living Wage provides dignity and respect – everyone deserves that!”
The Living Wage for Families Campaign certifies employers that pay a living wage to their staff and contractors, and advocates for complementary government policies that would help families make ends meet.
While providing good jobs at a living wage to people with barriers to traditional employment has been a part of our mandate since the beginning, we are pleased to join the campaign and will continue to push for a living wage for every British Columbian.
