More than half of all food produced in Canada is wasted along the food chain, from the farm to the fridge according to a report by Second Harvest, Canada’s largest food rescue charity. That’s where Goodly Foods comes in. Keen to lower food waste, the mission began when the Greater Vancouver Food Bank received a large donation of bananas.
