BLAIR REBANE

Blair is a partner with Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. He has extensive experience advising franchisors and other participants in the franchise industry in all types of franchise matters. His practice also focuses on the area of contract law, with an emphasis on landlord/tenant matters, construction disputes and creditors’ remedies. Blair’s clients include a number of Canada’s largest franchisors, manufacturers, landlords and those involved at all levels of the construction industry. Over his career, Blair has appeared before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, Court of Appeal and Federal Court of Canada on franchise, construction and landlord/tenant matters. In addition to his practice, Blair taught at the UBC Faculty of Law for 12 years and has published and presented extensively on a variety of legal issues.
